You may use the services for personal, business or internal organisational purposes. You are responsible for obtaining the internet access and device necessary to use the services and for complying with all applicable taxation, GST and other laws.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and other sensitive information, and for all activities in your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We are not responsible for loss, damage, data loss or discrepancies resulting from unauthorised access, software issues or a failure to maintain necessary backups.

Data ownership

You own the content you create or store using our services. You grant Haridheesh Promoter & Builders a licence to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish or distribute that content for internal purposes. While we work to keep data safe, no system can guarantee absolute protection against data leaks.

Spamming and illegal activities

You are solely responsible for material transmitted through our services. These permissions help provide the requested functionality, verify identity or location, prevent fraud and improve services. We do not sell your information.

Viruses

Shipping, refunds and renewal

Products or services once ordered cannot generally be cancelled, except where a monthly subscription does not meet agreed needs and a return request is made within 24 hours of purchase. Customised software and advances for customised software are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted through email or our website. Licences are renewed manually and are not automatically renewed.
